Exploring New Zealand offer a number of different transport services for schools and educational purposes. See below for general information or look at an example of a specific service that we have provided as an Educational Orokonui Trip.

School bus runs

Exploring New Zealand is currently in negotiation with schools about providing school bus runs.  More information to follow once finalised.

Covid Update

During the traffic light system we will be running more or less normal charter services

Previously we did some work for schools but found that the bus wasn’t big enough. We now have a larger bus – It may still not always be big enough, but we should be able to handle any trips where a single class is involved.

I’m asking for consideration for trips where 37 or less adults/secondary aged children or 37 or less intermediate/primary aged children are involved.

We can certainly give the best price where this is the case, as it is generally an owner-driver situation.

We have a base in Queenstown so any trips to central Otago or the Southern lakes may be able to be accommodated at a far lower price than otherwise as driver accommodation will not be charged for.
